SAILUNO ECL Consent Text
For the purpose of sending you commercial electronic messages, under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated July 15, 2015, and the Regulation on Amendments dated January 4, 2020, commercial electronic messages may be sent to you by SAILUNO Turizm A.S. (SAILUNO) as the service provider, based on your consent. Your contact information (mobile phone number, e‑mail address) will be used until you exercise your right to refuse receiving such messages.
Your consent to receive commercial electronic messages is considered your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), which you may withdraw at any time without limitation. In addition, your contact information will be transferred to the Message Management System based on the legal ground of “explicitly stipulated in laws” under Article 5(2)(a) of the Law, for the purpose of providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.
I have read and understood the Information Notice prepared by SAILUNO under KVKK, and I have been clearly and thoroughly informed about which personal data of mine is processed, how it is processed, and that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time without limitation.
I hereby explicitly consent to receiving commercial electronic messages from SAILUNO, including SMS and phone calls to my GSM number, and e‑mails to my e‑mail address, in line with the communication preferences I have voluntarily provided.
If you approve the ECL Consent Text for commercial electronic messages, your records will be created in the system with a time stamp. It is not possible for your personal data to be processed in any way without being provided by you.
